Short Term Contractor Support (Contingent Labor)
Utilized when clients are seeking a turn-key staffing solution for shorter term projects (i.e. maternity leave, audit season, peak manufacturing season).
We provide pre-vetted candidates for client's selection to work a pre-determined timeframe.
Contract to Hire
Flexible timeline to utilize contractor personnel and determine if client would like to hire contractor as a permanent employee.
We provide a variety of recruiting efforts to place requested personnel on client's teams to fill pre-determined openings that can eventually turn into a full time permanent position on client's internal team.
Permanent Placement
Recruitment Services that offers Full Life Cycle Recruiting Efforts to recruit employee as a Day 1 Employee of Client.
We provide recruitment efforts to assist in filling critical hiring needs. No upfront fee, only if a candidate is hired and starts as an employee for client. No determined timeline, a Permanent Placement Fee will be invoiced based on terms in Master Services Agreement.
Payroll Service
We offer contractor service for candidates identified by client but hiring as a contract employee.
We onboard chosen candidate(s) at a lesser cost and oversee their payroll and onboarding until client would like to hire as a full time employee.
